At DERTIOK, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help make the return process smooth and straightforward.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@dertiok.com. Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@dertiok.com. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right, whether that’s a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at hello@dertiok.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If 10 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at hello@dertiok.com so we can help.


Return Shipping

After receiving your return approval and return address via email:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanges may vary.

  • For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned package.
